ថ្ងៃនេះ ជាខួបទី ៦ នៃមាតុភូមិនិវត្តន៍លោក សម រង្ស៊ី កាលពីថ្ងៃ ១៩ កក្កដា ២០១៣។ រូបភាពប្រជាពលរដ្ឋផុសផុលយ៉ាងគគ្រឹកគគ្រេង មកទទួលលោក សម រង្ស៊ី បែបនេះហើយ ដែលធ្វើឲ្យលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ភ័យស្លន់ស្លោ ដេកមិនលក់ ហើយរកលេសណាមួយ ដើម្បីរំលាយគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ មិនឲ្យចូលរួមការបោះឆ្នោត នៅឆ្នាំ ២០១៨។ ទោះជាយ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ មាតុភូមិនិវត្តន៍លើកទី២ របស់លោក សម រង្ស៊ី ថ្ងៃខាងមុខនេះ នឹងមានភាពអធឹកអធម ជាងកាលពីឆ្នាំ ២០១៣ ទៅទៀត ហើយនឹងនាំមក នូវការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ ដែលលោក ហ៊ុន សែន មិនអាចជៀសវាងបានទេ។

(*) Today marks the 6th anniversary of Sam Rainsy's return to Cambodia on 19 July 2013 after four years in exile. The extraordinary strength of support from the population who came out to welcome Sam Rainsy on that day -- as shown in the video below -- did frighten Hun Sen who subsequently sought a pretext to dissolve the CNRP to prevent it from taking part in the national election of 2018. But in spite (or because) of Hun Sen's repression, the popular support for the CNRP has been growing since and will translate into an even more impressive welcome for Sam Rainsy when he comes back again in the near future.
