ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាជាតិតស៊ូ យើងនឹងប្រមូលទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិពីមន្ត្រីពុករលួយ ប្រគល់សងប្រជារាស្រ្តខ្មែរវិញ។ ដីសម្បទានទាំងអស់នៅទូទាំងប្រទេស ដែលបច្ចុប្បន្នកំពុងស្ថិតក្រោមការគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនឯកជនវៀតណាម និងក្រុមហ៊ុនចិន ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាជាតិនឹងពិនិត្យសើរើឡើងវិញទាំងអស់ ហើយឈានដល់ការដកហូត និងលុបចោលកិច្ចសន្យារយៈពេល៩៩ឆ្នាំទាំងនោះចេញ។ ហើយយើងត្រូវបន្ធូរបន្ថយ ឬលុបចោលបំណុលរបស់កម្មករ ចំពោះធនាគារ និងគ្រឹះស្ថានមីក្រូហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ដែលបានជញ្ជក់ឈាមប្រជារាស្ត្រក្រីក្រ ច្រើនឆ្នាំណាស់មកហើយ។

The National Resistance Council will reclaim assets from corrupt officials and return them to the Cambodian people. It will also conduct a thorough review of all land concessions currently held by private Vietnamese and Chinese companies across the country, with the intention of revoking and canceling those 99-year contracts. Furthermore, we must work to reduce or cancel the debts of workers to banks and microfinance institutions that have exploited the poor for far too long.
