Sam Rainsy will give their lands, forests and mountains back to Cambodia's indigenous peoples.

"The Degar people or Montagnards (who form Cambodia's indigenous peoples) ARE PART OF THE CAMBODIAN NATION. (In a new Cambodia) they will live as free CITIZENS OF CAMBODIA."
