សម រង្ស៊ី បន្តលាតត្រដាង អំពើឧក្រិដ្ឋ ប្រព្រឹត្តដោយ ហ៊ុន សែន។ មានឃាតកម្មជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ក្រោយពី ហ៊ុន សែន បានសម្លាប់ កូវ សាមុត នៅចុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៦។

បន្តទៅនេះ គឺជាភាគទី២ នៃវីដេអូ បង្ហាញពីព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ ជុំវិញឃាតកម្ម លើលោក កូវ សាមុត នេះ។

(*) More murders were committed in 2007 which were related to the daylight assassination of Hun Sen's brother-in-law Kov Samuth in 1996. One of the victims was Kov Samuth's son-in-law. His murderer also died at the same time. Under a dictatorship we need whistleblowers to expose the truth and help serve justice.
