THE PEOPLE WELCOME THE RETURN OF SAM RAINSY AND THE CNRP LEADERSHIP

The Cambodian people believe that Sam Rainsy can help:

1- Restore democracy and defend the rights and freedoms of all citizens.
2- Preserve the European Union's EBA programme for Cambodia so as to preserve workers' jobs. As a reminder, the EU seeks only the release of Kem Sokha and the reinstatement of the CNRP.
3- Return land and houses to those who have seen their properties unjustly confiscated by corrupt authorities and unscrupulous businessmen. 
4- Suppress government corruption in order to defend the interests and improve the living conditions of the poor and the weak.
5- Solve the debt issue for the Cambodian people by seizing the ill-gotten assets of the country's corrupt leadership and using them to reduce the currently untenable indebtedness of the poorest segment of the population.
6- Overhaul the justice system by suppressing corruption and ensuring the judges' independence and integrity so that they can properly render justice.
7- Defend the interests and the dignity of the Cambodian people who are the only legitimate owners of the country's land.
