ថ្ងៃ ១៦ មីនា នេះ មុននឹងអនុម័តញត្តិ ស្តីពីប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែលទាមទារជាអាទិ៍ឲ្យដោះលែងលោក កឹម សុខា សភាអឺរ៉ុប ស្វាគមន៍លោក សម រង្ស៊ី ក្នុងឋានៈ ជាប្រធានគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ។ ញត្តិចុងក្រោយនេះ បានទទួលសំឡេងគាំទ្រ ៤៩៦ សំឡេង ដោយមានសំឡេងប្រឆាំងតែ ១១ សំឡេង ហើយអនុបវាទ ៣៦ សំឡេង។

(*) Today 16 March 2023, before proceeding to a vote on a resolution notably calling for the release of Kem Sokha, the European Parliament welcomed Sam Rainsy in his capacity as acting leader of the Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP). The latest resolution was adopted with 496 voices in favour, 11 voices against, and 36 abstentions.
