ការរៀបចំ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ក្រោយពីការបោះឆ្នោត ថ្ងៃ ២៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៣ គឺជារឿងគ្រួសារសុទ្ធសាធ ដើម្បីរក្សាអំណាច ឲ្យត្រកូល ហ៊ុន។ ការរៀបចំបែបនេះ គឺដើម្បីចៀសវាងកុំឲ្យជនឧក្រិដ្ឋ ហ៊ុន សែន ត្រូវបានកាត់ទោស ដោយប្រជារាស្រ្តខ្មែរ ឬតុលាការឯករាជ្យណាមួយ បើត្រកូល ហ៊ុន បាត់បង់អំណាច។
The reorganisation of Cambodia’s leadership after the 23 July 2023 national election is purely a family business to ensure that Hun Sen’s family continue to hold power. The purpose of such an arrangement is to continue to ensure total impunity for Hun Sen, a criminal who would be prosecuted before an independent court the day Hun Sen’s family loses power.
1- តំណែង នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី / Position of Prime Minister
ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត ជំនួសឪពុកគាត់ ហ៊ុន សែន ដែលទៅធ្វើជាប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា។
Hun Manet replacing his father Hun Sen who will become President of the Senate.
2- តំណែង ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា / Position of President of the Senate
ហ៊ុន សែន ជំនួស សាយ ឈុំ ដែលចុះទៅធ្វើជាអនុប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា។
Hun Sen replacing Say Chhum who will become Vice President of the Senate.
3- តំណែង ប្រធានរដ្ឋសភា / Position of President of the National Assembly
ស ខេង ជំនួស ហេង សំរិន ដែលនឹងចូលនិវត្តន៍។
Sar Kheng replacing Heng Samrin who will retire.
4- តំណែង រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិ / Position of Minister of National Defence
ទៀ សីហា ជំនួសឪពុកគាត់ ទៀ បាញ់ ដែលនឹងចូលនិវត្តន៍។
Tea Seyha replacing his father Tea Banh who will retire.
5- តំណែង រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ / Position of Minister of Interior
ស សុខា ជំនួសឪពុកគាត់ ស ខេង ដែលទៅធ្វើជាប្រធានរដ្ឋសភា។
Sar Sokha replacing his father Sar Kheng who will become President of the National Assembly.
