ការរំលឹកនេះ ធ្វើឡើងជាលើកទី ១ ហើយ ក្នុងរយៈពេលជាង ២០ ឆ្នាំកន្លងទៅនេះ ដោយសារតែ ហ៊ុន សែន ធ្វើអាក្រក់ ជ្រុលហួសហេតុ។

After Hun Sen's recent refusal to let the Candlelight Party take part in the forthcoming July election, France reminds all the signatories of the 23 October 1991 Paris Peace Agreements on Cambodia, of their obligations. This reminder, which is the first of its kind over more than 20 years, is probably due to the fact that Hun Sen has gone too far in violating the Agreements and their requirement for free and fair elections.
