នៅថ្ងៃ ២៣ កក្កដា ២០២៣ ការប្រកួតប្រជែងមែនទែន ដែលពិភពលោកទាំងមូល រង់ចាំមើលលទ្ធផល គឺការប្រកួតប្រជែងរវាងសន្លឹកឆ្នោត តែ ២ ប្រភេទ ប៉ុណ្ណោះ គឺ ៖

១- សន្លឹកឆ្នោត ដែលមានគូសឲ្យគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា

២- សន្លឹកឆ្នោត ដែលមានគូសសញ្ញាខ្វែងចោល លើឈ្មោះគណបក្សទាំងអស់។

(*) On 23 July 2023 the real electoral competition in Cambodia whose result will be closely monitored by the whole world, will be between only two sorts of ballots:

1- Ballots with a tick in favor of the CPP

2- Voluntarily spoiled ballots with a big cross in the middle from voters who protest against the absence of any real opposition party in the competition and who want to see a democratic change.
