ការគូសសន្លឹកឆ្នោតចោល មិនរំលោភច្បាប់ណាមួយទេ វាជាកាយវិការដ៏ត្រឹមត្រូវរបស់អ្នកបោះឆ្នោត ដែលមិនសប្បាយចិត្ត។ ហ៊ុន សែន ទេ ដែលជាអ្នកបំផ្លាញការបោះឆ្នោត ដោយគាត់ធ្វើឲ្យការបោះឆ្នោតនេះគ្មានន័យអ្វីទាល់តែសោះ ពីព្រោះគាត់មិនឲ្យគូប្រកួតពិតប្រាកដ (ភ្លើងទៀន) ចូលរួម។ ហ៊ុន សែន ទេ ជាឃាតករ ដែលបានសម្លាប់លទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ តែម្តង។

Spoiling the ballot is not contrary to any law and is a legitimate act by a protesting voter. Hun Sen’s government has destroyed the election process by blocking the opposition from running. The real crime consists in the destruction of democracy itself.
