បើរដ្ឋអំណាចជឿជាក់ខ្លួនឯងយ៉ាងច្បាស់ថា គណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ដឹកនាំដោយលោក ហ៊ុន សែន នឹងទទួលជ័យជំនះភ្លូកទឹកភ្លូកដី ក្នុងការបោះឆ្នោតថ្ងៃនេះ ហេតុអ្វីបានជាពួកគេ មិនព្រមឲ្យមានតម្លាភាព នៅពេលរាប់សន្លឹកឆ្នោត? ហេតុអ្វីបានជាពួកគេ នៅតែបិទទ្វារ និងបិទបង្អួចការិយាល័យបោះឆ្នោត ភាគច្រើនលើសលប់ នៅពេលរាប់សន្លឹកឆ្នោត ហើយនៅតែគំរាមប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ឲ្យទៅឆ្ងាយពីការិយាល័យបោះឆ្នោតទាំងនោះ ដូចពួកគេបានធ្វើ ក្នុងឱកាសការបោះឆ្នោតឃុំ-សង្កាត់ ខែមិថុនា ២០២២? បើពួកគេនៅតែបន្ត បិទបាំងការរាប់សន្លឹកឆ្នោតបែបនេះ គ្មាននរណាអាចជឿពីលទ្ធផលនៃការបោះឆ្នោតថ្ងៃនេះ ដែលពួកគេនឹងប្រកាសនោះទេ។

If the government is so sure of a "landslide victory" for Hun Sen's CPP, why don’t they accept more transparency in the ballot counting process? Why continue to close the doors and windows of the great majority of voting stations during the count, as they did in the commune elections of June 2022, and prevent people from coming in? If they maintain such secrecy the results which are announced will have ZERO credibility.

Everybody talks about a "landslide victory" for Hun Sen's CPP. Of course the ruling party will get (nearly) 100% of "valid" ballots. But the only credible opposition force, which was prevented from competing, called on its supporters to spoil their ballots as a sign of protest and a show of force. The surprise of the day could be the number and the percentage of "spoiled" ballots. Please ask for and follow these figures closely.
