ថ្ងៃទី ២៨ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៤ - ទីភ្នាក់ងារសារព័ត៌មាន Reuters បានសរសេរថា ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា គឺជាមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបោកប្រាស់តាមអ៊ីនធឺណិត (Online Scam)។​ ប៉ូលីស Interpol បានរកឃើញថា ការជួញដូរមនុស្សនៅអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ឥឡូវនេះជាវិបត្តិសកល ហើយប្រទេសកម្ពុជាបានក្លាយជា មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបោកប្រាស់តាមអ៊ីនធឺណិតដ៏ធំនៅអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍។

Interpol has discovered that human trafficking in Southeast Asia has escalated into a global crisis, with Cambodia emerging as the largest center for cyber-scams in the region. The reputation of our country, Cambodia, has been tarnished by the actions of its leadership. The Hun families, in collusion with criminal organizations, have created an environment that enables the mafia to use the country as a hub for crime and human trafficking.
