លោកប្រធាន សម រង្ស៊ី បានចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំអន្តរជាតិមួយ ដែលរៀបចំដោយសមាជសេរីភាពពិភពលោក World Liberty Congress (WLC) នៅលើវេទិកាសេរីភាពទីក្រុងអូស្លូ។ លោកបានថ្លែងទៅកាន់អ្នកចូលរួម មកពីជុំវិញពិភពលោកអំពីស្ថានភាពធ្លាក់ចុះដ៏ធ្ងន់ធ្ងរនៃលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងសិទ្ធិមនុស្សនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ក្រោមរបប ហ៊ុន សែន ហ៊ុនម៉ាណែត ដែលជិះជាន់និងសម្លាប់សិទ្ធិ និងសេរីភាពរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ។
កម្ពុជាត្រូវការការអន្តរាគមន៍ជាបន្ទាន់ ពីសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិដើម្បីការពារ និងពង្រឹងស្ថាប័នប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងការពារសេរីភាពរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ។ យើងត្រូវតែរួបរួមគ្នាក្នុងការតស៊ូដើម្បីលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ដើម្បីរំដោះប្រទេសកម្ពុជាចេញពីរបបអំណាចផ្តាច់ការ។
Sam Rainsy attended an international forum organized by the World Liberty Congress (WLC) at the Oslo Freedom Forum. He addressed participants from around the world about the serious deterioration of democracy and human rights in Cambodia under the Hun Sen/Hun Manet regime, which has oppressed and violated the rights and freedoms of the Cambodian people.
Cambodia urgently needs the intervention of the international community to protect and strengthen its democratic institutions and safeguard the freedoms of its people. We must unite in the struggle for democracy to liberate Cambodia from dictatorship.
