បេសកកម្មជាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ នៃចលនាជាតិខ្មែរតស៊ូ គឺដណ្តើមប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ពីត្រកូលក្បត់ជាតិ ហ៊ុន សែន យកមកប្រគល់សងប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរវិញ ដែលជាម្ចាស់ទឹក ម្ចាស់ដីតែមួយគត់។

តាមរយៈការបោះឆ្នោតក្លែងក្លាយជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ហ៊ុន សែន បានប្លន់អំណាចពីប្រជារាស្ត្រ ហើយយកប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ធ្វើជាកម្មសិទ្ធិឯកជនដាច់ថ្លៃ របស់ក្រុមគ្រួសារវា។ ត្រកូលក្បត់ជាតិ ហ៊ុន សែន និងរបបផ្តាច់ការ និងពុករលួយ ដេលពួកវាធ្វើជាអ្នកដឹកនាំសព្វថ្ងៃ គ្មានសិទ្ធិអ្វីធ្វើជាតំណាងប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរទេ។

ចលនាជាតិខ្មែរតស៊ូ នឹងឈានទៅបង្កើតរដ្ឋាភិបាល មួយ ពេញលក្ខណៈ ស្ថិតនៅក្រៅប្រទេសជាបណ្តោះអាសន្ន ដើម្បីតំណាងឲ្យឆន្ទៈពិតប្រាកដ នៃប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរ ដែលស្រលាញ់ជាតិ សេរីភាព និងយុត្តិធម៌។

The historic mission of the Khmer National Resistance Movement (KNRM) is to reclaim Cambodia from the traitorous Hun Sen dynasty and return it to the Khmer people, the true and rightful masters of the land.

Through successive sham elections, Hun Sen has usurped power from the Khmer people, transforming Cambodia into a private asset for his family. The Hun Sen dynasty with its authoritarian and corrupt regime has no legitimate claim to represent the Khmer people.

The KNRM intends to establish a legitimate government, provisionally based abroad, to represent the will of the Khmer people, who deeply love their country and yearn for freedom and justice.
