យើងបានបញ្ចប់របាយការណ៍ លើការដកចេញជាបណ្ដោះអាសន្ន នូវការអនុគ្រោះពន្ធដល់កម្ពុជា។ យើង​មានការ​បារម្ភ​យ៉ាង​ខ្លាំង​ ចំពោះ​ស្ថាន​ភាព​សិទ្ធិមនុស្សនៃប្រទេសនេះ។ អ្នកកាន់អំណាចនៅកម្ពុជា មានពេលមួយខែដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបមកវិញ​ ហើយយើងនឹងធ្វើសេចក្ដីសម្រេចស្ថាពរក្នុងខែកុម្ភៈឆ្នាំក្រោយ។

We have completed our report on the temporary suspension of trade preferences to Cambodia. We are very concerned about the human rights situation there. The Cambodians now have one month to respond and we will make our final decision in Feb next year.
