ក្នុងនាមប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរ ដែលមិនហ៊ាននិយាយស្តី នៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ នៅសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ដែលមានសិទ្ធិសេរីភាពពេញលេញ ក្នុងការសម្តែងមតិ សូមប្រកាសថា ៖ "ហ៊ុន សែន ទេ -- មិនមែន កឹម សុខា ទេ -- ដែលជាជនក្បត់ជាតិ"។
