ក្នុងបទសម្ភាសន៍ ជាមួយវិទ្យុអាស៊ីសេរី កាលពីថ្ងៃ ០៩ វិច្ឆិកា ២០២១ នេះ លោក សម រង្ស៊ី បានផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានក្បោះក្បាយ ពីមាតុភូមិនិវត្តន៍របស់លោក កាលពីថ្ងៃ ១៩ កក្កដា ២០១៣ ដែលផ្ទុយស្រឡះ ពីអ្វីដែលលោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានអះអាង។ ម្យ៉ាងវិញទៀត លោក សម រង្ស៊ី បានបង្ហើបពីយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ សម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ ២០២២ និង ២០២៣ ខាងមុខនេះ។

(*) In this interview on 09 November 2021 Sam Rainsy elaborates on the circumstances surrounding his return to Cambodia on 19 July 2013 by providing information which clashes with Hun Sen's version of the event. Actually it was Sam Rainsy who unilaterally decided first to end his forced exile just a few days before the 28 July 2013 national election. And it was Hun Sen who subsequently contacted Sam Rainsy by telling him that he would arrange for a "royal pardon". Hun Sen wanted to save his face because he would not have dared to arrest Sam Rainsy as the leader of the only credible opposition party (CNRP) on the eve of a national election. Besides, Sam Rainsy gives in this interview a few hints on the CNRP's strategy for 2022 and 2013.
